That staff here has been so helpful for the difficult transition of moving my grandmother. I live 4 hours away and I have been well informed and put at ease that my grandmother will be well cared for. The facility is nice, clean, and has excellent food. Every member of the staff I met has been welcoming and kind. The marketing director was so patient and helpful with any and all questions I had before moving my grandmother in. I am so pleased with the service here and I am happy to report my grandmother is loving her new community and how helpful they are to her.Chelsi Sapp: Grandchild of Resident,
Recently, My wife and I took a tour of this facility in search of a home for her mother. We have been across many facilities in the area and nothing really stood out from any of them until we met the director at Augusta Gardens. She really went above and beyond to make us feel at home and had every answer for all of our questions. Yet the reason she stood out the most was because of the level of concern and sincerity she showed during our time together.Jefferson Grady: Online Reviewer
My grandmother is a resident at Augusta Gardens. This weekend we attended the Mother's Day event that they had at the community for each of the mothers that are current residents. All that I can say is WOW! It was completely over the top, the decorations were nice, the setup was accommodating, the food was amazing, the desserts were even better, and the best part was to see how much the staff came together to make this day as special for my grandmother and the others as possible. My grandmother was completely taken back and said this was the best Mother's day that she has ever had.Phillip Wiser: Online Reviewer
On Sunday, we toured the facility looking for a home for my brother to use for therapy and assisted living. Our guide was very professional and quickly showed us the facility. It was nice to see that they were refinishing the dining room floors and showed us that the two guys cared about the way the facility looked. the rooms we visited and courtyard were more than enough to impress and definitely sold us on using Augusta Gardens. We look forward to the experiences ahead.Mary Lockel: Online Reviewer
My grandfather is a current resident. The facility and staff are beyond expectations and the management team maybe new, but they are fully committed to the residents and building the community. The few meals that I have had with my grandfather there have been excellent and way beyond what you would expect. I highly recommend this community for your loved one.Bob Doyle: Online Reviewer
My mother has moved into the memory care of Augusta Gardens. I like the place very much. The people are super nice and very attentive to my mom. They know how to handle her, so she is doing very well, and she is eating very well. She is in a single room, and you provide the furniture because it doesn’t come with any furniture, but she has a window and her own bathroom with a shower. The grounds are well-kept, and the location is very convenient especially for me.Leigh: Online Reviewer
Recently, we moved my aunt into memory care at the facility. From the moment she came into the facility, to the times that I get to visit, the atmosphere is extremely welcoming. The staff is friendly, well-trained, and always loving on my aunt. The other residents have warmed up to my aunt as well, and definitely have a supportive community in memory care for her. My family even stopped in for lunch and the food was amazing. I admit i did not expect much when I heard she was moving into an assisted living home, but everything has been above our expectations and I highly recommend anyone to come and visit.Joesph Johnson
